Guide to start your own health and fitness journey
Nobody's journey to health and fitness is similar . Some people commit to exercising consistently and some might struggle to stay motivated. With the start of new year, many of us made resolutions to improve our health and fitness. Here I must say that when you see health and fitness as your lifestyle, rather than a part time job or 30 day challenge,you automatically develop some behavior that will improve your lifestyle.
I would love to share my experience for the healthy lifestyle. Doing exercise is the worst thing for me but by the time passes, my opinion changes . All you need is just motivation . Fitness is all about finding an inspiration to live your happiest life. When you motivate someone, you become responsible for yourself to exercise daily. It's always a pleasure for me to bring a great positive change in someone's life. You set an example for all those around you . Your friends, family are impacted by the healthy choices you make and they often feel inspired to make a change in their own lives.
For a healthy lifestyle, your diet matters alot. Good diet with exercise will bring unexpected changes in yourself. I recommend not to be so hard on yourself, it's absolutely fine to have a cheat day where you can have your favorite food and it's actually become a motivation after sometime to work hard all through the week for a " cheat day".
It's useful to set some goals and have a plan, and it's also good to see your health and fitness as an ongoing practice. Always remember good things take time, so be easy on yourself.
The benefits that I personally felt :
- You develop self love for yourself. Confident on yourself, once you realize this, you will exercise with more dedication .
- Your immunity will develop. You will not fall sick frequently.
At the end, I would want to motivate every single person to find yourself. Do workout and remain confident in your life :) easing yourself into an unfamiliar routine isn't always easy process, but believe me it can be equally rewarding. Be honest with your capabilities and work to improve your daily habits.
