Relaxing tips for stress

Stress is common in our society these days. Many of us feel not comfortable to  talk about it. The most healthiest way to reduce stress to connect with others, talk about it. To stop stress coming towards you, all you can do is to avoid unhealthy habits, be active , help other people and try to do your work smartly not harder. Challengingly yourself will work too. Often this question arises that how nutrition will help to reduce stress? A balanced diet will support a healthy immune system and provides you the extra energy needed to cope with stressful events. 

Regular exercise as the physical  activity will helpful to lower the blood pressure and stress harmone levels. We should also practice work-life balance. Use vacation and personal time, or just set side an hour a day. Being in nature ,or even viewing scenes of nature will help alot to reduce anger ,stress and increase pleasant feelings . Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally ,it contributes to your physical wellbeing. 


Nature help us to cope with pain. Because we are genetically programmed to find trees, plants and other nature elements engrossing, we are absorbed by nature scenes and distracted from our pain, stress and discomfort. 

Everyone goes through this stressful periods in their life . You need to calm down afterwards. But if you live too long under stress and gets too little rest, your body will definitely protest. 

Many of us associate relaxation with vegging out in front of the TV on the couch after a demanding day. However, it doesn't do much lessen the negative impacts of the stress. Infact you should trigger your body's natural relaxation reaction, a deep sleep like condition that actually works to reduce your stress, slows your breathing and heart rates. You can achieve this all by engaging in relaxation exercises like yoga, deep breathing exercises, and meditations.
