Success is for early birds
Those that get up early have the time for themselves. The biological cycles of the majority of animals including humans , are synchronized with the sun rising and setting . Early risers follow this cycle ( healthier and more productive for it ) . The limitations for sleep time is 8 hours. Sometimes after settling down ,we can't sleep around 20 min, if you can't sleep then get out of bed and relax ,read some books of your choice and when you feel exhausted, go back to bed. If you work in the evenings , tough you might need to take a nap in the afternoon before work to help make up for the lost sleep. In the morning if you wakeup early, you can do your work properly by being focused on it. it's because nobody is around you to enroch on your time. When you know you still have two or three hours to sleep, getting out of bed is difficult. Getting up earlier than necessary every day can be difficult. However, you can use the willpower you gain in other areas of your life.
It has been discovered that people who wakeup earlier have healthy sleep patterns. The earlier you get up, the longer you may live.
Our brains are hardwired to be more alert in the morning, providing a mental boost to help you focus and giving you the energy you need to get through the day. Sometimes with your existing routine. you must think about that how you spend the last two hours of the evening. Those hours could be pleasant, but they are probably not productive. so try to do add something productive in your whole day. Being an early riser has so many benefits that it would probably be in your best interest to at least attempt it. Don't assume that it will never be effective for you. You might enjoy what you discover!
