Nobody's journey to health and fitness is similar . Some people commit to exercising consistently and some might struggle to stay motivated. With the start of new year, many of us made resolutions to improve our health and fitness. Here I must say that when you see health and fitness as your lifestyle, rather than a part time job or 30 day challenge,you automatically develop some behavior that will improve your lifestyle. I would love to share my experience for the healthy lifestyle. Doing exercise is the worst thing for me but by the time passes, my opinion changes . All you need is just motivation . Fitness is all about finding an inspiration to live your happiest life. When you motivate someone, you become responsible for yourself to exercise daily.
