If we talk about the amount of water intake that will helpful for the weight loss, so around 1-2 liters per day  of water will be beneficial for it.  Those that get up early have the time for themselves. The biological cycles of the majority of animals including  humans , are synchronized with the sun rising and setting . Early risers follow this cycle          ( healthier and more productive for it ) . The limitations for sleep time is 8 hours . Sometimes after settling down ,we can't sleep around 20 min, if you can't sleep then get out of bed and relax ,read some books of your choice and when you feel exhausted, go back to bed. If you work in the evenings , tough you might need to  take a nap in the afternoon before work to help make up for the lost sleep. In the morning if you wakeup early, you can do your work properly by being focused on it. it's because nobody is around you to enroch  on your time. Some studies have indicated that sometimes when its is consumed in low to moderate amounts ,its safe for the majority of people. High quantities intake of caffeine have unfavourable and harmful side effects. Quantity at different age group varies. Now-a-days many questions arises about how much quantity of caffeine is harmful for a person? If we talk about healthy persons it should not exceed 400 mg per day.
